AT SWISS POLO ACADEMY

Yoga is the perfect complement for riders and polo players. The exercises from classic Vinyasa Yoga are specially tailored to the needs of the rider. Through regular yoga practice you will refine your technique, interact more consciously with your horse and achieve improvements in the areas:

Vinyasa Yoga strengthens your muscles throughout your hole body, especially the deep muscles. The dynamic movements get the cardiovascular system going with the help of the breathing practice and train your endurance.
